Mr. S. B. Vikram, an MBA graduate with a Master's degree in Psychology and Human Resources, has 25+ years of diverse experience in the retail and hospitality sectors. He has contributed to famous hotel chains, including Ramada, Holiday Inn, The Leela Kempinski, and Radisson Hotels & Resorts, as well as top retail industries like Reliance Retail, Pantaloons, Big Bazaar, Central, eZone and Home Town.

Mr. Vikram holds multiple diplomas in Hotel Management and Training (ISTD), and his love for theatre and drama adds a creative dimension to his across-the-board skill set. He is a certified yoga teacher, student counsellor and trainer, apart from his professional and academic accomplishments.
